Question:
In the name of simplicity I am dropping 3 gym memberships down to only 1 HIIT gym @ $49/month.
I have found that I respond best to 3x per week at this kickbox-themed gym. In roughly 30 minutes, I'm sweating like I'm in a Bikram yoga session.
They mix up the routine daily, the place is always stocked with mid-20 qt3.14s, and that kinda motivates me.
What does /sp/ think of HIIT-only routines and can I get an ottormode body with the right restrictive diet?
