I swore off fatty foods like pizza and quit drinking over a month ago.

One off day isn't going to do shit in the long run, just keep it up. I went 9 months without a single cheat day and felt like shit the whole time, I feel so much better letting myself eat some real food once every week or two and I am still losing.
It doesn't matter if you screw up once in a while it happens to everyone, some people just aren't willing to admit it or they rationalize it away. Just fucking get back at it you faggot, it's a long process a fuck up here or there isn't gonna make a huge difference. Just don't make it a habit.
