Hey /fit/ first time post since i started to get fit.

Top pic is the 14th March 2016 101.5kg

Second pic is the 1st May 2016 92kg

Going to keep progress pics updated on the first of each month, im expecting negative comments but some encouragement/advice would be great.

I'm doing my progress pics every three months. Right now I'm 2 months in since I have taken it seriously and down to 199 from 230 pounds. To me I still look like a fat shit, but I'm kind of excited to see the side by side in a month. You look a lot better, especially for only a 20 pound difference.
