The only con I can actually think of is the fact that you look like a retard doing it but if it works, it works. I especially recommend it to people who are trying to lose LOTS of weight.
Shawn has other stuff too; I've heard of people using like Insanity: The Asylum to lose that extra BMI percentage.
I tried the asylum. Eventually I quit cus I wanted to increase my endurance running, and couldn't fit both w weight training. It is fine. Obviously I just pirated it though

I did both insanity and the asylum a few years ago. IMO its unnecessarily difficult unless you're training for certain sports.
