Hello /fit/, this honestly the first time i've ever been here. I'm skinny as fuck, 5'10",120 lbs., with a bmi of 17. Sometimes I use a pullup bar on my bathroom door but other than that I dont really do anything, i'm a blank canvass. I'd like to gain 10-15 pounds just to get in the healthy range. Wat do, /fit/?
