I just did overhead presses, goblet squats, and lateral raises, with cinder blocks and cement bricks. Surprisingly good exercise in stability.

Did Floor Presses with the bar laid on a toolbox and a plastic box. Had pillowcases filled with sandbags tied to each side of a 10 lb bar.

My home gym is just bags of gravel and rope. Poorfag, I know. Still get my squats, deadlifts, and weighted pushups.
