So i noticed on creatine my fatigue accumulates a lot slower which gives me more endurance. I got to bump up working out from 4 days to 6 or even 7 sometimes. I only take 5g per day and this is the only reason i take creatine.

Anyway, i was away from home and didnt take creatine for a month. Also i only lifted about 5 times while i was gone.

I haven't burnt out yet after 6 workouts and im creatine free and its just weird to me. Have i gotten a tolerance for it or i just stores so much that it persisted through my break.

Im asking b/c im considering bumping it up to 8-10g to see what happens.

Its far more likely that your extra work capacity on creatine was largely placebo. It does very little to enhance recovery between sessions.

My routine is very cns friendly.

I know creatine doesnt improve recovery but lets say you did 3x10 benchpress only.

Off creatine you can only do 3x10 but on creatine you can do 3x10 twice and your last ser can be 3x11.

But i dont do that 1 extra rep. So i saved energy and reduced fatigue.

This is something that gets repeated by mouth-breathers that don't know what they're talking about.

The of that evidence is limited to one study from 1996 that found that MIGHT be the case. When measuring performance where repeated short-term muscle contractions are the concern there is no difference between Creatine or Creatine+Caffeine.
