Valid point, I guess my biggest fear is that I'll get as far as I can and still not be happy with the end product.
Any people here who started late? I'm also worried about recovery time If i injure myself, i know that shit get harder as you get older.
I should just HTFU and stop looking for a way out i guess.

depends on your goals, but at 35 your best friend should be a healthy diet, and spice it up with some lifting to actually look good
