Hey you fucking /fit/tards,
I took your advice and saw a Derm a while back... Finally got some Accutane for my pizza back / chest / face. I start this shit tomorrow...
What should I eat / do to keep my blood panel levels squared away? Besides the obvious no sugar / Vitamin A bullshit.
Nothing special senpai just eat clean and pray to Scooby that your body can ride out the side effects

my dermatologist told me to avoid anything with chemical preservatives, especially canned goods and chocolate.i dont remember why but he explained it to me.it also took 6 months for me to clear up on accutane.

Took that shit a few years back. Its fuckin magic, but be sure to drink lots of water. Don't know if this is true, but doc told me absolutely no alcohol or liver is pretty much kill.
Went sober for almost a year. Worth it tho.

Yup, went sober myself at the start of the year.
Alright so here's another question - What about supps and shit? Like, my Protein powder has Vitamin A in it, so that's getting tossed. Creatine is cool I know, but what about Pre? Did anyone here workout on Pre when they were taking Accutane?
Okay, so to keep it "low Vit-A" to keep the blood tests a-okay... I have:
Chicken / Eggs / Cod for main meal pieces
Oats and Avocado for sides
Fresh garlic for seasoning.
I grabbed some organic whole Milk with Omega 3 slapped into it. No hormones or preservatives and all that stupid hippie bullshit.
Any other ideas for low Vit-A / high protein foods? I have to watch AFP-L3 / Triglycerides as well.. AFP-L3 is currently high at 128 (Should be >100)
