I used to be 320lbs and have cut down to 260. It's a struggle, but I didn't have to continue the poor diet that my parents fed me. I chose to and now I'm paying for it. My goal is to cut down to 200lbs which for the amount of muscle I have is quite healthy.
Here is a message to every fat person who thinks they can't lose the weight. You can do it. It isn't difficult to restrict your calories. You are an addict and only through rehab by means of permanent lifestyle changes can you live a healthy life.

As someone who was teased for being the fat kid in the 90, itvreally has changes. My highest weight/clothing size is now almost the average for the U.S. despite being plus sized. I was considered the fat kid back then, and I the highest I weighed was 170 at 5'7 which again isn't far from what's literally average now a days.
