As far as routine, I was a sprinter for most of my youth so I've always had decent calves. I just do calf raises at the end of my leg workout (aka squats+RDLs), but honestly, I feel like I don't get anything from them. Even my squats are only half of what they use to be (225 5x5 when I was crushing 400++ a year ago).
It's mainly diet, I guess, I've really shredded down, so my legs have also come a long way.

I know how it goes. I've been super conservative pushing my legs and back. I roll it back whenever I feel unusual pressure, which is often. I deal with the pain every single day. It sucks, but I'm still making progress, about 5-10lbs a Month.

I feel like I could compete maybe next year when my legs put on back enough mass to balance my upper body. As a natty I think I could place decently. Who else, desu, I'm just happy I can lift legs again. There was a long, dark time where I was afraid I'd never be able to lift legs/have a balanced physique again.

Yep that's the way to go, I mainly eat oatmeal and sometimes brown rice for carbs, then rest is like chicken breast, egg whites from carton, protein powder (juice flavor) with water, non fat cottage cheese and lot's and lot's of greens like kale, spinach, green beans and etc. I would eat those foods 7 times a day, by separating it in a tupper ware to keep myself metabolized. I avoid sodium as much as I can since I hate bloating.

But this is like my cutting meal, so if you aren't cutting then you should be eating more caloric dense stuff.

When it comes to protein, I have no problems obtaining it, but fats and carbohydrates are a different story. I know only a little bit about this topic, but healthy fat is from stuff like almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and other nuts, and I can't afford those every day. For healthy carbohydrates, I don't really know, I read in a lot of places that it's pasta and bread, but I can't make myself eat that, I think it's not healthy.
One more question - is a cheese omelette a bad thing to eat? I've been thinking at first that it's good, but seeing how it has whole eggs, it means it has a lot of cholesterol.

if you eat a clean diet you should be taking in fats naturally by adding oils and fats from food. But for cheap source of fat I recommend nuts from bulk barn, coconut oil for cooking, a bit of egg yolks won't hurt really, and fatty meat with plenty of omega vitamins. If I were you, I wouldn't go near wheat since it's not really good for you and it's in most of bread. Also it makes me bloat. You should eat brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, and quinoa with oatmeal, it's really good.

For the cheese omelette, everything is in moderation anon, as long as you eat healthy for 90% of your whole week, a bit of that won't hurt. Also too, there's a eggwhite omelette for option but if you're bulking then eat that omelette 3 times a week and it won't affect you.

Chest is very impressive for your weight and conditioning so far, that's awesome because it takes forever to get mass there in my experience, but it also is one of the most important places to develop for aesthetics. You should really focus on traps and delts I think, your chest and arms are doing well so far. 225lbs. I don't squat much in terms of weight anymore (broke my leg two years ago and its never healed completely), also home gym, mostly do high volume stuff with legs which i find my legs respond really well to.

4x10-12 back squats (i've worked back up to 225lbs)
3x15-20 front squats
3x15-20 stiff legged deadlifts
3x15 split squats
3x15 GHR's supersetted with 3x15-20 leg extensions

18 years old 5'9 175ish lbs. i lift 6 days a week and have been doing gomad about a week and bulking for a month. im usually between 5000-6000 calories a day. im seeing improvement in my chest but i miss having visible abs, is it time to cut?

that being said, I hadnt ran or done anything physical in around 2 years before I started getting fit again
