in your case though you should try it. shrug your shoulders and try to sort of pull your neck into your shoulders, the more rediculous and turtle-esque you look the higher chance is youre doing it right. best of luck

just lay on the ground and raise dat neck up for like 100 reps with a decently quick pace. I used to do those for boxing, or get a 5-10 lb. weight and hold it against your forehead/top of head area, just dont use your hands too much to lift off the weight, just to hold it on da hed
idk look up neck exercises/boxing exercises my mang, it's not some gypsy shit or genetics or anything, just gotta exercise it
