26 years old. Gym has become an off an on thing. When younger, I would have long hiatuses, I'd get back to it quick, makes gains, and get right back where I started.
But now, my body can't cope with it so much anymore. I've had minor and some moderate muscle strains from going too hard, some taking 2 full weeks to completely heal. I've noticed cuts, scrapes, bruises take longer to heal too. Hair thinning (genetics)
At 26, aren't I too young for this? My diet is good, micros at least. Macro's, I lack a bit on, for my goals in mind.
smoke/drink?

Drink, yes. But just weekends. I don't get hammered though. But still, maybe 7+ beers

>Check your sleep.
>Eat more.
>Consider which deficiency of vitamin you fall in.
>Foam roll, stretch and sauna.
We laugh about shills but maybe you should consider using supps. At least try creatine monohydrate. Maybe even bcaas.

26 is your prime, you'll notice this as you get older but if you are taking care of yourself and getting adequate rest/nutrition you shouldn't be falling off at 26.
There's probably other factors playing into your situation that you aren't considering. Are you stressed out a lot? Work/school/women/friends?
I'm 26 and there's really no difference between me now and me when I was 20 except I have experienced a bit more, and that's the same for pretty much everyone I know.
GW501516 SARM or roids will help you.

Idk dude I'm 28 and have no issues at all. You just sound mentally weak.
>>36972614
Wow dude. I'm 37 and not falling apart like you described. I can still do all of that. Listen to the Bros here. Get more sleep. Check your diet. See a doctor maybe. You're too young for this BS man.

Maybe change the order of your exercises. My back started feeling great after I started doing Deads after squats. Also, stretch after deadlifts. Maybe slow your progression à bit and lessen the weight.

The beetus? Low test? See an MD and get a good blood workup done. Men's health panel.
Starting SS at 27 is definitely different than it was at 23. I take longer to recover and don't have as much energy boost on the off-days.
