Does anyone else here genuinely think that r/fitness is a better resource? Everyone on /fit/ is so autistically obsessed with "muh big 4" and "muh gains". I've become much more healthy and happy following Reddit's advice over /fit/.
TL;DR: r/fitness, r/powerlifting, r/weightlifting are all much better resources than /fit/.

Reddit is better for finding unbiased information. Like a collection of links to stuff about a topic. As soon as someone from Reddit gives an opinion you can stuff it in the trash because it's just parroting for upboats.
4Chan is better for asking for real experience with stuff. You get everyone's opinion equally, and can decide for yourself.
