1500 Calories/day

Down 4.1 kg since February 1st.

Goal is 55 kg, but I only need to get to 74 kg to be considered normal.

I have cheated almost every day for the past 2 months.

I tried a no carb high protein/fat diet once. It was awful.

I have been eating four slices of bacon and 2 eggs for breakfast every morning for like a month, which is more protein than most people eat in a day.

Started about 2 weeks ago. Keto and intermittent fasting. 2 meals. It's not bad. Eggs avacados kale shakes spinach broccoli turkey butter cheese chicken fish. Some supplements.

No snacks. No cheats. Not exercising currently.

It's too early to tell if I'll last. But eating vegetables has truly overhauled me positively.

Next step gym shopping.

Yeah man. I did it once before but I fell apart with snacking poor portion control and too much protein low fat. Eating 4 meals protein shakes eating before bed. Not calculating calorie intake. Cravings for bread.

I think I got it right this time. High delicious fats nutrient dense vegetables. I lowered the protein as well just getting about 120g from food. Easy mode. No bread or sugar cravings. Watch health videos only. >>36967939

Just add some different things to eat or do IF.

Eating X every single meal of the day just causes boredom and hatred of it.

24, 173cm, 85kg starting.

Eating 1200 calories one day, the next i fast completely. Feeling great so far, no hunger pains and no fatigue.

Lost 4,4kg since April 1st, 80,6kg today. Have had a weekend where I ate what I wanted (within reason).
