It's extremely addictive though, so step up your dental care game. Don't listen to the memes, many things we eat are as bad or worse for your teeth. But it can stain, like coffee or wine.

I smoke a lot less now than before (used to burn a pack a day for almost 14 years), I feel fucking great. And when I bought my vape pen I had no intentions to quit smoking at all, I just stopped right there and never looked back. Don't miss the smell, don't miss the yellow teeth, have saved up a lot of money, better looking skin and better looking overall.
