Superfoods is a bullshit concept. It's just regular foods. Just focus on your carb/protein/fat ratio, have plenty of fiber, and try to eat a little bit of fruit and veggies each day for vitamins. Eat an apple or a banana a day.
Shopping at "healthy" food stores, publix, trader Joe's, etc. is a complete fucking waste of money. All processed food is processed food (garbage).
Everyone I know who is a vegan or only eats "whole foods" is in worse shape than me and I buy my food from Walmart. Don't fall for the organic jew
