I love 5fingers. I haven't worn mine in ages but they are amazing shoes.
I ran a marathon in them after 3 weeks. (and I didn't really run before that). So, if you learn to run correctly (which is the whole point of minimalism) or if you're lucky enough to run perfectly anyway these are phenomenal shoes.
I love that autists can't wear them, I love seeing faggots in my gym wearing platform spongy ass fashion shoes.
Athletes love these shoes. I prefer running in xero shoes, but all my metcons are done either barefoot or with virbams.
It's like autists complaining about wearing gloves. If I'm outdoors flipping tyres on concrete I'll wear gloves. I don't in the weights room though.
Likewise, I have adipowers for my lifting, vibram 5fingers for met cons, etc., boxing boots for boxing (they're actually wrestling shoes), etc.
