soo i might have fucked up /fit/

i have been doing 1200 cals a day with 1 day in the week 3-4k cals for 6 weeks now.

the past week though i didnt have time for the refeed meal to keep me out of starvation mode and kinda forgot. i have been eating an average of 1100 cals the past 9 days and yesterday i didnt even feel hungry and it was kind of hard to fall asleep.

is it to late for a refeed meal now? and should i start eating maintenance. or do i just continue cutting without refeeds for another few weeks until i reach 10% BF

Starvation mode doesn't exist, unless you are literally a prisoner in a concentration camp or PoW. 1100 kcals a day will not fuck your shit up. Don't worry about it.

You're fine, you haven't fucked anything up. If you've been able to go nine days on 1100 kcals, good for you!

"Refeeding" as you call it can help psychologically to maintain discipline over the duration of the cut, but it isn't necessary and if you can go without it you'll just cut faster.

756 kcals... Yeah breh, that dude can't be hitting his macros since that's like pure protein and fuck all.

Even some manlet at 100 grams a day needs over 430 kcals of pure 100% unadulterated non-GMO fresh-from-the-chicken's-ass egg whites. Bretty sure Protein sparing modified fasts don't even recommend under 800.

Refeeds MAY help with water retention, may normalize some hormones and replenish glycogen. If I were you I'd utilize refeeds to train intensely the same or the next day
