Is it possible to do intense weight training for muscle growth 6 times a week without fucking my shit up by overtraining? If so, how?

Eat like a beast, take naps, dont go to failure consistently, and yes its very possible.. Most people would crack after a few weeks though
You're only gonna over train if you follow a ridiculous volume workout made by one of the mass monsters who cycle year round. If you're doing 6 exercises with 4 sets of 20 each chances are you're doing the wrong routine for a natty

took me three months of oly lifting, 2hour 30min sessions 6 times a week. First thing to go were my hands/grip. Then came my legs, couldnt't hit 75% of my pr for 1. Took a huge break, and now starting again.

PPL is fine if you have the time and have properly worked up to it, but since most people have school or work and aren't on some cycle it really isn't feasible.
