Is shoulder health a muscle group? Rows, rear felt flys, and face pulls. I can feel my shoulders getting healthier every time I do them.

Used to be the same a while back. Find new chest workouts and mix it up. Cable fly + svend press feels pretty damn good.

Neutral grip pullups and then regular pullups. I prefer these to pull downs bc they're harder, plus it's easier to make sure the lats are doing the work and not your arms

On a side note, I might have gone a bit overboard with pull-ups, I think I might have stretched my upper right rohmboid a bit too much doing them. It doesn't hurt, but it always feels like it's tense, like it doesn't relax. It doesn't prevent me from doing the exercise, but when I am at home resting it feels pretty weird.

When you do DB rows and finish your set, put the DB down, slide it under the bench, and start rowing with the other hand. That way you hit both lats.

I wish i could say abs, but no good ab isolation exercises (that are lifts with weights) really exist so I'll go with Lats+Arms
