So I have been working on fitness maybe 7 months now, only getting really serious last month and half.
Previously I weighed 218 pounds and was pretty round I dropped down to 188lbs through lack of eating and constant exercise.
Now I wasnt lifting properly so my gains were bad but I did burn that fat ring around me and currently am sitting at 17%body fat and back at 200lbs. I run and lift everyday with no experience. I am 28.
I want to get super ripped. Something like Christian Guzman, now before anyone says "steroids" I would like to try and push that myself. I only even started buying protien drank couple weeks ago.
any guides or directional assistance would be appreciated. I am dedicated 6 days a week of lifting 2-4 hours. Slowly adjusting my diet also. no sugars etc.
