Advice on how to get abs? I'm a girl, and basically I wanna be fucking shredded.

I have muscle in my core, hiding under a small layer of fat and water retention. I'm really bad at sit ups (always strain my neck) so I'm doing a combination of weighted Russian twists, along with table tops, and side plank twists. Also do leg raises and flutter kicks.

How can I improve the muscle in my stomach? I have a pretty good diet, but I have hypoglycaemia which means I can't really cut out much sugars.

Fuck you, you retard, cal in cal out is for weight loss, not abs. If you want abs you have to lower your body fat % while not losing muscle. You have to watch your macros religiously (i.e. you can't eat anything you want, you must eat to satisfy proper balanced nutrition), and exercise daily (i.e. lift if you can, but really you can get abs from just planking and mountain climbers if you're that poor)

By this I mean SS with cardot, basicly heavy as fuck sanding movements with abb and Hiit work at the end
This may look like.
Sets. Reps
Squat. 3. 5
Military press. 3. 5
Deadlift. 2. 5
Lower abb movement. 3. 15-25
Upper abb or oblique movement 3 10-15
Row/spin bike or x trainer 30 seconds sprint 1 min jog/recovery.

Second day is recovery/speed day
Light squats 8s 3r. Chose 40% 1rm weight if you can
Exercise ball push up or bench 3-4s 8r
Pull ups (assisted if needed) 3s 8r or to failure
Ab work same reps just different exercises
Cardio same as last day but different machien
Day 3 is max day
Squats 4s. 1-3r
Ohp 4s 1-3r
Hip thrust 3s 5r
Abs same as last day
Cardio same as last day just diffrent machine
