yeah, i was eating like 1500 calories, sometimes less for long, my stomac propably shrinked and i'm disgusted when i eat, but forcing myself.
even got some greek yogurt and peanut butter (not a shity sugared one) but i still wana vomit after every meal...

i'm gonna aim for maintenance by today tho
ive never tought one day i wouldnt be able to eat food as much as i want.

Eat more calorie dense food
Plan your food for the day the day before and stick to it
Make one of those skellington weight gain shakes if you have too
You obviously were strict enough to cut now apply the same will power to bulking

well i'm 6.2 (192cm) for (when i ended my cut) 82.1kg (180.77 lbs) but still 22%bf because skinnyfat.

so yeah, now i need to gain some muscle mass, then i can do a proper cut to maintain as much muscle as possible.

that was my first cut, so i didnt care and just lost at high speed, thats why i have so much a hard time to eat all that now.

i know i'll propably feel bad at some point while bulking, but ive been cuting for like 5 month or 6 or i dont even know anymore, started slowly by stoping sugared drinks, and trash food, and so on untill i start couting calories...

at the end of the cut i was suposed to eat 1500 calories but most of the time was under 1200.

so i thougt maybe its time to stop that.

because with such a high deficit i was losing muscles too, i asume.

hence why i wana bulk then do a proper cut.

Fuck that shit. Your metabolism should stabilize quickly. All that shit about your metabolism being broken for long periods of time after a cut is utter horse shit; it's broscience at its worst.

I do this which is a fair bit over the top
>taper to maintenance over a week
>a fortnight at maintenance
>taper up to new calories over a week

You can just jump from what you where at to maintenance
