I don't know when your schooling ends, but count calories, eat 1,000c a day, take an ECA 2-3x a day, and do some basic cardio.
At least 1,500c, with the proper macros if you lift.
Even then, you might not reach your goal, but you'll lose weight.

Just skip breakfast, lunch, then eat about a 1,000 meal for dinner, and then go to sleep.
ECA 2-3x a week, bike around for a bit 3-4x a week or whatever.
However, eat something if you start to feel a bit faint. Low cal diets can be stupid, but that's about your only option.
