got tendinitis in my left arm, been fucking with my bench and OHP a little bit and sometimes squat when i grip the bar.
Sprained my ankle 2.5 weeks ago playing flag football. Planted on my right foot while trying to cut back and it didn't cooperate.
Shit is fine now, need to pick up an ankle brace because it's making me think about it when I plant for routes.
8 yard out is still money though
The back of my knee makes snapping sounds when I flex and extend while standing, I think it's PMFC, I haven't seen a doctor.
I can't run.
