Hey /fit/, I heard you had a great infopic on female ass routine, floating around. I can't get my hands on it, if anyone has it, please give it to me. I have no idea what it looks like so I'll take any infopic on female ass routines you have, to be honest.
Thanks /fit/

You can just basically make one
5x5 back squats ATG
3x8 front squats ATG
3x12 leg press
3x12 Bulgarian lunges
Do this 3x a week
Cardio 2x a week
Choose your two rest days preferably sat and sun

The pic is bunk. Heavy ass to grass squats plus weighted glute bridges at least twice a week will do great for months. Once your body adapts after several months, switch the glute bridges for lunges or Romanian deadlifts or other glute focused accessory lift.

to clarify, the squats should be low bar squats

Thanks!

I was just told it was a really routine. Thanks though, I'll use what you said to come up with something.

How can we give you a proper routine if you don't post your ass?
Every ass is different and the same workout wont work for everyone.

Dont do low bar squats OP. Why? Because youre not trying to move the heaviest weight possible and need that slight "edge". High bar ATG is the way to go.

Would it be a good idea to start with high bar ATG, and after few months switch to low bar ATG with more weight, or a low bar/high bar mix?
