Are there any point in training biceps if your insertions are short? Is there any point in training at all if you have short biceps insertions high calf insertions? These are the two muscles people will see first. What can you do to make these appear less fucked up? i dont even think steroids will help.

i think short insertions are better, makes your biceps higher and wider and increase the gap to the forearm, imo long insertions are bad

there are all sorts of reasons to train besides looks, like hormone-improvement, mental health etc.

It seems like if he added muscle it would be less obvious - a large muscle must fill out the space more.
