How much protein should I consume each day?
I keep getting different answers from different sites and thought I'd see what you guys think.
I'm male, 5'9", 140 lbs.
100g is enough. Anymore is a meme
Optimum is 0.82g/lb of bodyweight. Going beyond that doesn't yield much benefit, but it also doesn't hurt either unless you've got some weird kidney or digestive illnesses
