People that have played small amounts of sport and kept active underestimate how long it takes to get from absolute 0 to jacked so ignore other progress pics that really dont give you the whole picture.

That being said you probably -could- have had slightly better progress if youd picked a decent program and stuck with it but I wouldn't be at all unhappy with what you see there, you've clearly developed a decent base musculature.

You're just a little fat, I wouldn't worry about cutting but assuming you were skinnier before you started I'd cut back on your caloric intake just a little.

You are doing ok, maybe not huge progress, but being taller slows it down, If you cut you'd be bretty otter mode. I don't say this often, but it looks like your arms are a little behind, so maybe throw in some close chin ups or something.

As much as I like gymnastic type workouts, I only got bigger and stronger after weight training. Now my calisthenics have improved as well.
You won't regret using weights.

cut, find a non-meme routine (i.e. not one off /fit/) and bulk at a steady surplus while lifting, chinks usually have decent muscle building genetics actually, just most of them don't lift
