What have you achieved today /fit/?
Just started PSMF today. Dropping from 209 lbs to 170 lbs. bf% will end up in the teens, so hello abs for the first time is now inevitable.
Nothing so far today.
Actually had a huge month of self-improvement. I had such a busy 12 months that I had done fuck all.
Doing something as simple as looking through your room and selling the shit you haven't touched in 12 months is liberating.
Nothing wrong with consumerism, but spend it on weight-gain powder and minoxidil 5% solution.
I forced myself to exercise legs again after an injury. The workout was awful

PR'd 170kg DL
Starting to reach my top now, gonna cut for summer then start again soon.
Started lifting a couple weeks ago.
Currently up to 70 lbs in squats, so that's something.

just recently hit my 1pl8 bench and am about to hit my 1pl8 deadlift (I was repping 125 yesterday so I should be able to do 135 as a 1 rep max). I know the feel bro. Good job, keep at it m8!
