Enjoy your salmonella. That chicken is undercooked. I don't see any bacon either (which would be disgusting)

>>36828539
Salt is an electrolyte, good for long distance cardio. 90% of the salt washes off though. Brining forces water into the meat.
>>
What also works well is putting them in a crock pot all day.

I tried the brining thing, it didn't work so well for me, but maybe I did something wrong.
>>
Take chicken, pit shit on pan, salt n pepper, wrap with foil, 425 for 2hrs, shit is tender as fuck. I do this twice a week.

>add salt and sugar dissolve in water to your chicken
>it's kosher
>le wet brine
this is the most unhealthy and unnecessary gross "flavouring" you can do
even salt crust is healthier and leads to less sodium

Implying Keto/Paleo are bad diets
>>
>>36829482
Paleo is a fad diet.
Keto is a bad diet aimed at proud morbidly obese americans who vomit when they smell some cauliflower.

CICO in a varied, balanced diet where all the macro-nutrients are considered is all you need, no matter if you're bulking, cutting or whatsoever. Sure, it's not edgy enough for aspergerian kids lacking discipline nowadays
>>
>>36828572
SO is low sodium good on a low carb diet? Or bad?
>>
>>36829609
Lol, well seeing as how cauliflower is basically the top tier vegetable on keto...that would make things difficult
>>
>>36829654
Low sodium on keto is awful. You don't hold onto water with reduced glycogen, so you need more
>>
>>36829736
Alright thanks. I'll add more salt to my meals then.
>>
>>36829791
Make sure you're paying attention to potassium and magnesium as well. If you're getting cramps or headaches, they're probably out of whack. Using things like Lite Salt helps.
>>
>>36828397
I just steam cook my chicken in a rice cooker with different seasonings and it's fucking great.
>>
>not steaming your chicken breast with veggies

ur not gonna make it
>>
>>36828930
