Mine are pretty faded or hidden behind a thick layer of hair. They look pretty hideous whenever I get fat again though.

I have marks across my back from hitting a growth spurt in high school. Can't take my shirt off without someone asking about "those scratches on my back"

I think its salvageable with intense skin care, weight loss, dermatologist visits, and perhaps some surgery.
A few on my knees and at the top of the outside my quads.
Not even big.
