The older I get, the more I realize how energy is important.
I want to know what are the best ways to feel energized during the day.

So far what I have
- Sleep
- Food
- Reduce caffeine
- intermittent fasting
- Avoid sugar (except in fruits)

What kind of food is optimal to keep energy levels high? I'd say fruits/vegetables/nuts mostly.

What else am I missing
meditation? Napping? Stretching?

What's the most important thing to have high energy /fit/. I'd like to stay away from drugs btw.

My diet is pretty much pseudo-vegan (I'll have whey like once every two week) and I agree with this.

Don't go retarded and do one of those 80% carb ones though, OP. I keep my carbs at 55-60% and feel great all the time.

And because you asked, I probably eat around 1000 cals worth of fruits and veggies daily. Best carb sources; no need to look elsewhere.

Zinc is a bit less exotic and more basic if you research a bit more into it. Personally though, when I was low on test, I felt a huge difference, but these days I got so many muscles that I dont think that it makes a huge difference anymore to me. But still, even if its 10%, its going to be worth it.

There are some signals of having good testosterone, like chest hair thats a plus. But if you have belly fat, thats a minus. Recently I managed to eradicate most of my fat, plus build a lot of muscles (which is also a plus for test).

and thanks to that, the first few chest hairs started sprouting up. You could test your test, but most likely you could already see it on your body and guess.

Once you start running every day, you will notice you have tons of energy every day, so much that you want to lift or run just to get tired enough to sleep. I tend to get up between 8 or 9am and try to do something like go to the gym or a walk or have a stretch by midday. If I have exactly the same amount of sleep but I don't leave the house until 2 or 3pm I can barely keep my eyes open and just want to sleep.

Any sort of activity definitely makes you feel better. Sometimes I'll feel terrible getting into the gym, but when I've warmed up properly I forget all about it.
