What percentage of the Earth's population do you reckon can strict-form OHP 185 lbs?
>>

Like .01% or something probably.
>>
>>36816320
Not a whole lot. I can strict form 135 for reps, but not many sets, and I never see anyone else use strict form. They all cheat and 95% of them aren't even hitting a plate
>>
Define strict form.

My 1RM is 135 but I lean back a little bit. I don't use leg drive, though.
>>
>>36816343

That's still 700 million people.
>>
>>36816320
Most of the people at my gym can't even deadlift 185 desu
>>
>>36816387
common core math, everyone.
>>
>>36816387
0.1 percent of 7.125 billion(world population as of recent) is about 7 million, lad
Don't worry, this is anonymous so you shouldn't feel bad
>>

never post here again
>>
>>36816387
No it's not you dumb nigger
>>
>>36816320
maybe 1% if not less
>>
>>36816450
So 7 million people could have left the earth by OHPing their ponytail into the space? I see no one on Mars yet therefore no one can OHP more than their body weight.
>>
If there were 1 million total living, I'd be surprised.

considering how rare it is to see anyone ohping in the gym, and how most people don't even go to the gym. probably like 0.01% of people or less.
>>
I can super strict press 70kg (1.25plate) for 2 and a bit reps with zero hip movement, but I can't seem to strict press 75kg.
I don't care though, I train in OHP, not strict presses.
>>
I hit 155 for a clean set of 2 last Friday.

3 0 M O R E P O U N D S

...although in OHP terms that's probably a solid year and some change worth of lifting.

Whats the difference you dumb fuck?

>what's the difference between 2 different exercises
>you dumb fuck
Hahaha. How do you get out of bed in the morning without your carer?
>>
>>36816682
>implying OHP and strict press aren't the same thing
