I want to remove dairy from my diet because of acne. However I get most of my calories from homemade weight gainer. What are good calorie rich foods that are non dairy?

I'm having the exact same problem, just today found out that whey protein has been causing/contributing to my acne. My skin has been clearing up in the last week and I tribute this to the fact that I ran out of whey. So I went online and searched it up and found that it's definitely a reason. I'll continue with milk, yogurt, cheese and see how it goes but no more whey protons

What are you eating dude? I mean today I had four scrambled eggs and some oats for breakfast, 800 calories, lunch I had ground turkey pita with avocado, 1000 calories, then soup with two cans of tuna for a snack 500 calories, and a frozen pizza for dinner, 700 calories.
