I got a year's sub for free and surprisingly if you actually read it, it has useful info. Eg more or less it promotes calories in/out when dealing with diet. More or less explains the "big three" lifts or some variation of SS/SL when talking about strength gains and only talks about kettlebels, 3x20 reps, cardio, abs to "get lean"
