I've been wrestling since I was 13. At 19 years old now I've gotten immensely better. Placing 5th at regionals last year. And 3rd at regionals 2 years ago.

I learned proper fitness
I was fat and Un motivated for the first 2 years.
Fit helped me realize I can actually do it. I don't have to settle for average. Also I'm not upset about losing. It's pointless. Why should it ruin my day and cripple me. I lost. I'm over it. There's always the next match to look forward to

I love wrestling but there's no scene for it in my country ut WWE knock off shit and Ju Jitsu.
Welp I lost the last match.
He beat me fair and square. Good for him desu. Today wasn't my day but I have another tournament next week. I'll train and get prepared for that. I'm gonna stay and watch the rest of this tournament.
