A plate is 45 pounds, but if you're benching 1 plate that means 1 plate on both sides, so 90+weight of bar is what you'd be pushing if you bench 1 plate.

A bit taller is always better than a bit shorter than average. I achieved 2pl8 bench first, then 1pl8 OHP, then 4pl8 deadlift and 3pl8 squat right after than.

Started lifting in December, 2pl8 bench was in April, 1pl8 OHP and 4pl8 deadlift in May, 3pl8 squat in June.
