because you sit on your ass all day and you dont run on a regular basis.if you run for more than a few weeks regularly you never get shin splints and sore ankles anymore,and side stitches are very very rare.
tldr make sure your diet is ok and reevaluate your running methods/shoes
make sure you dont run with the sides of your feet and that your shoes match your running style.medical conditions like valgus can affect the way you run.
Poor running form. Lower your stride and how much you lift your feet off the ground. Running is a high impact exercise. The more force you throw onto the ground, the more force the ground is going to go back into you.

You could be running with the wrong shoes
You may not be spending enough time warming up. I need to walk for about 40 minutes before I can run without fucking my shit up. Sucky that it takes up so much time, but I love running so it works for me.
You may also be landing on your foot in a weird way. Focus on landing on the ball of your foot.

Doing hip bridges helped me. If you stand on one leg and try to squat and your knees buckle you need to work on your hips.
