Last night I had a heart attack. I haven't moved in a year, but to drive to get more cigarettes. I smoke a pack a day. I am 18. How do i recover all the lost muscle because most of it has atrophied?

I wouldn't take up lifting yet if I were you - walking and being active generally is healthy enough if you're starting from nothing. It would make sense to talk to someone with medical expertise, though.
