I cringe when I see shit like this because it was obviously made by someone who just started training and doesn't even realize how shitty the program is and will probably quit within a couple months anyway.

Do fucking SS or Greyskull. 5x5 is a shitty volume load for beginners because it's excessive, increases your risk for injury(especially your knees), and induces fatigue very quickly which carries over into each workout. Newbies shouldn't be going balls to the wall 25 squats per day three times a week at >80% of their 1RM while adding 5 fucking pounds each time.
