It's that time of the year again.

The birds are shining, the sun is chirping.
Lets leave the gym once a week and enjoy the sun!

Because my bike got stolen by a nig nog : (

So now I can only run.

It's working pretty well but whenever I try to go for longer distances I get blisters.
How can I prevent this shit?

I've been doing running HIIT for the past couple weeks because I desperately want abs

Anybody else just use a punchbag for 90% of cardio?

I'm convinced it has the best stress relief and psychological benefits of any form of cardio.
