Get on fin, check if you get sides, drop it if you do, if you don't simply take it until you don't care about balding anymore.
It'll retain your hair in most cases, you're still young and early enough to save most of your hair this way.
I'm 24 and basically have all bald because someone spooked me out of taking fin, just try it.
