I only have 1kg dumbbels at home so I just do hundreds of curls while browsing /fit/ and alternating between hands

do 1kg curls do anything at all? I know it won't do as much as heavier weights but I'm not completely wasting my time am I

I used to be in the same situation with 1.5 kg dumbells, I went up to 400 reps before realising I had no arms yet and it is bullshit, I did sweet a lot so I guess at some point it becomes cardio, it did help me to start losing weight trough but you're better with bodyweight stuff

You are literally just burning calories. And not many of them. Deathgrip self service alternating hands all day would likely build better arms and get you moar shredded
