That being said, you are either not eating 1100kcals/day or you've not been doing so for very long.

I'd up your cals to 1500 and hit the gym more. Drink at least 4 litres of water a day. Starving yourself isn't going to help, you're just going to lose muscle mass.

A lb of fat is 3500 kcal. A 500 kcal deficit = 1 lb of fat lost a week. 1000 kcal deficit = 2 lb a week. A kilo is a bit more than 2 lbs.
Raise your cals to 1500 a day and exercise more. Go ham on Cardio.

alternate day fasting has a fuck ton of other benefits too. take some bcaa 90 mins before endiing your fast, do some light/med cardio for 20-30 mins then do 20 mins in cold water. then eat.
the 20 mins in cold water burns like 200 calories and when you havent eaten for 23.5 hours whered you think those calories come from?
also when you do cold water exposure every day for a long period your body creates more and more brown fat which increases your bodies ability to burn fat at all times. making cutting easier.

Thats just not true. the less you eat the better your metabolism is as it has to be as efficient as possible with what you give it.
The main cause of aging is eating and breathinig so cutting down the eating part will make you live longer (alternate day fasting increased average age releated deaths in rats 80%+ and in tests currently done to monkeys/apes they have the same markers in their blood for similar results)

Change your routine. Do HIIT, really DO IT! It works wonders, but most people bros and sisters don't like to really sweat or feel the burn.
Eat more frequently than 1x/day.
3x a week will not cut you, generally.

bro, at 1100 calories a day you are MINIMUM 1000 calories in deficit, this makes a 30000 calories deficit every month, which equals to MINIMUM 3 kilo fat/muscle/whatever that you lose every month.. this is physics!
