they change the way your muscles LOOK, they make you HARD, FULL and VASCULAR
When you get lean as a drug free lifter you look DEFLATED and FLAT like pic related - his arms are certainly bigger than Zac's but he looks NOTHING like him because he's not using drugs
This is not even mentioning both Zac and the guy in this pic have near perfect genes, literally 99.9% of the people on this board will look NOTHING like these men even if they used as many steroids as they wanted.
