>>36733597
Clean and press
Muscle ups
bench press
deadlift
>>36733650
This
Pull-ups
Crunches
>>36733650
>>36733671
Also this
Incline db bench
Barbell rows
Curl
Bench press
That's all i do anyway
What does a kettle bell swing actually do?
>>36733597
Overhead press
Deadlift
Diddly-lifts and "The Press".
>>36733727
Builds core muscles and stabilizers.
Good for general fitness and conditioning.
>>36733597
Low bar squats
High bar squats
>>36733597
Deadlift
Incline bench
Log or axle clean and press, and sprints.
If we're only talking weights not cardio, log or axle clean and press and squats. To get a big strongman implement overhead you need:
>posterior chain for the clean pull
>back for the awkward continental clean
>upper chest for the lean-back, espec. on log
>core throughout
>delts, tris, and traps to press it
>legs for stabilization, cleaning, and driving, including calves
Legs aren't used a TON though, hence the skwaats or sprints for more glutes etc
>>36733839
>yfw you're all naming easy gym lifts and i btfo you all with my cheeky full-body stronkman shit
>>36733642
damn you beat me to it
>>36733642
>"choose two lifts"
> names 3 lifts
Really?
>>36733681
>Crunches
What the fuck?
>>36733722
Replace curl with pull up or end up with ape posture
>>36733597
pullups and deadlift
Clean and Jerk
Idk probably muscle ups
>>36733839
I'd pick log clean and press and some sort of yoke movement. Probably Zercher carry, which will work legs, biceps, traps and core, but a back carry will train everything you don't with a log c&p or stone load.
One day I did log and followed up with overhead yoke carry and my everything hurt
>>36733839
On stone loads you're using mostly glute and ham on the pick and then when you lap it, if you sink low/hip below knee, you're using a lot of glute and quad to load it. Surprised you didn't pick that as your second movement, that or yoke.
>>36734090
that's a lot of spinal loading for one day friend, tr and hang on something to stretch out next time
very solid though, although i'd personally stick to squatting for much more hip and knee ROM
>>36734132
I do dead hang ring pullups between each set for that specific reason.
>>36734149
nice, smart man
>>36733597
deadlift and dips
C+J
Snatches
what else you need senpai?
>>36733650
literally no biceps
>>36734119
Only thing is that, for a lot of people, the stone pickup is gonna be heavily limited by their chest/forearm strength to be able to lap it.
Likewise, a lot of the limiting factor on yoke is not going to be leg strength but ab/upper back strength.
>in the gym doing some kettle bell training because I never did it
>see my gymrival
>he smirks
>use the momentum to throw it at him
>hit him in hip
>ruined his leg day
Laugh again fuck
>>36733597
farmer walks
calf raises
>>36733597
Squat
Clean and Press
>>36734817
>>36733650
the 'press'
squat
>>36733597
Deadlift and military press.
This is the only right answer. Think about how big and strong you would be if you could deadlift 500 lbs. and military press your own body weight. Think about it and you will realize this is the only correct answer.
>>36733642
> Clean and Press
yeah I bet you think Squat and Bench is a single movement
Squat and Chinups?
no no, wait, Dips and power cleans!
fuck, no, deadlift and pushups
damnit this is hard.
I'm suprised nobody said squat and deadlift...
>>36733597
Squat
Clean and press
>>36734357
You threw a kettlebell at someone in the gym for smirking.
Totally reasonable thing to do...
