How come some people make gains on brosplits and other people don't?
Like seriously, half the people I mire in CBT's post their routines and they're all on atrocious splits and yet look better than me.
The type of routine you follow doesn't make that big of a difference, faggot. How about you lift with proper form, push yourself, eat right and rest enough?

Those who did mostly started with a strength routine so that they could move actual meaningful weight on a brosplit
Or roids

Never heard of this.

A lot of people make progress in spite of their routines instead of because of them.
genetics and roids
You grow and make strength gains with consistency and progressive overload. You will see gains if you do a brosplit "right".
A lot of people go to the gym and do curls, reverse curls, hammer curls, high cable curls, flat, incline, decline barbell bench and then 3 different kind of flyes and end with some dumbell bench. Eveything is high volume. Sure it will burn and your muscles will feel soar. But you're still pushing the same weight you did 2 months ago.
Then there are people who do brosplits who do 3-5x5 compounds, and then 1-2 accessories for every other musclegroup they want to workout, and evey week they add some more weight, or deload and start again. These are the people who will see results from a brosplit.
because they are consistent
their diet is on point
they don't make excuses for ditching workouts
brosplits are more fun
the pump feels good
so they stick at it, even though fullbodies are more effective for beginners
an un-optimal program that you follow is the better than the optimal that you don't stick to
just do Arnold's Blue Print to Mass as a beginner if you want
They push more weight more often than you do and they have a better diet

Because every single human being has a different metabolism, life's history, genetics, mindset, previous experience with bodybuilding/weightlifting, different environment, different gym, different emotional and energy regulation. That's about 10% of the factors involved.
Hope that helps OP

Everyone makes gains on bro splits. The people who say they don't are just SS-fags.
