Good for skill work, since it gives you a lot of chances to practice the movement. Less good for general strength or mass.

I took up bodybuilding for a few months with two of my mates, i followed a slightly modified routine from arnies book. I have a really shit chest so i wasn't training it everyday but i was hitting it three times a week, i didn't get awesome results but my chest really did start to fill out more.
I got better results for my quads though hehe
